So I'm back in New Hampshire until the wedding. Brian got some time off and we took the bus up to get some of the wedding stuff out of the way. I'm happy to say that I now have a dress, a cake, a caterer, a dj, invitations, a photographer, and a justice of the peace. Oh yeah, and Brian got himself a spiffy new suit. Things are slowly but surely falling into place. We registered at Bed Bath and Beyond and Target for the wedding shower... you know you want to buy us some sweet red appliances. Jamie came up yesterday and we went looking for a dress for her, but since she didn't get in until 6 or so we didn't want to drive all the way up to Portland and the outlets had about 6 dresses combined, so that was kinda a bust. We went out to dinner at the Moat and I got spicy black bean pizza and blueberry beer so I guess we could have done worse. Then we stopped at the supermarket and got some booze and came back to my house and watched Napoleon Dynamite. Good times. I'm going to see Green Day on Sept. 3rd... sweet. Brian went back to NY on Thursday cause he is in the army and they don't like when you have fun... lame. Someone come over and play with me. |
